Master Class: Hamstring Health

This class will combine elements of flow, yin and restorative yoga with pranayama and meditation. Beginning with a brief explanation of how the nervous system is impacted by various forms of movement and thought patterns, we will work through a vinyasa sequence that builds heat and coordination, then cool down with floor based postures, relaxation methods and a long savasana. Perfect for the warmest days of summer, this practice will leave you with an increased sense of quietude and ease along with a fully restored nervous system.
