Monthly C lasses
Rotating Thursdays | 6:30 -8:15 pm
This class is intended for the curious and dedicated student and will approach more complex postures and themes. Experience with backbends, inversions at the wall and simple pranayama is encouraged. Not suitable for beginners. Expect a blend of vinyasa yoga and structural work aimed at creating clarity in asana and body mechanics.

Come experience the 4th limb of yoga. This monthly exploration will teach you the basics of traditional breath work as well as breath mapping techniques and tools for nervous system management through intentional breathing.
