This workshop is open to yoga students, movement teachers and physical therapists interested in learning how yoga postures can create balance in the body. Topics covered will include the differences between stability, mobility and flexibility and why yoga practice often needs to be updated to include more of the former. Part practice, part lecture and part lab, our time will be spent dissecting and discussing common issues in yoga practice that create injury patterns. Expect to have many alignment ideas debunked and revamped with biomechanics in mind.
