Most of us are pretty stagnant in our midsection (you might have even forgotten you have a midsection). This practice will remind you, vigorously, of the power of your side body and core (meaning center of the body) muscles. Utilizing classical parivrtta postures from Light on Yoga along with some contemporary takes on the old standbys, this practice will wring out your sullen torso and potentially make you a few inches taller. Come on an empty stomach. Not appropriate for pregnant women.
