Santosha is the Sanskrit word for contentment and is one of the ethical practices of yoga. Thanksgiving is our cultural celebration of gratitude. This class will facilitate the welcoming of both. We will begin with meditation, then move through vigorous yoga poses to stimulate the body, breathing practices to nourish the nervous system and end with an extended savasana to calm to the mind. You will leave feeling rinsed, restored and ready to tackle the day.
