Italian Yoga and Wine Retreat with Ame Wren and David Regelin

Where: In Sabina, about an hour outside of Rome.
Cost: $1800 for shared room if paid by July 15th, $1900 if paid after ($500 deposit to hold spot, payment plans available). Includes all meals at In Sabina, yoga and lodging. Private rooms available at additional cost.
Join seasoned teachers Ame Wren and David Regelin for a 7-day trip to the Italian countryside. Designed for those with at least a year of steady practice, this week will focus on refining personal practice, gaining a deeper understanding of aligning the body with postures and adjusting within flow (while having a ton of fun). Most days will include a morning and evening practice, with the afternoon free to roam the surrounding hills and olive groves, lounge poolside, get a massage or take a trip to one of the nearby villages. In addition you will have one full day in Rome, options for wine and oil tastings and all the Italian home-cooking you can eat. The asana, pranayama and meditation practices will take different shapes, being a unique Ame/David blend of vinyasa flow, Vesica practice, Yin and Restorative yoga.
