Join Ame and David for a weekend of exploration into practice, purpose and potential. Each day will consist of a two-hour morning and evening practice with a focus on intelligent and informed sequencing, potent adjustments and intentional alignment instruction. At the end of each practice, Ame and David will open the floor to discussion about the development of the class, why each pose/assist was taught when and how to up and down-level the class to suit the needs of particular students. This weekend is appropriate for teachers and teachers-in-training who have a desire to learn the mathematics and geometry of creative sequencing and also how to adjust and align different body types within asana. Yoga geeks welcome. Between practice, you will have time to lounge, hot tub, swim in the nearby waterfalls, hike or do anything else your heart desires. Ame and David will be readily available for questions throughout the weekend.
