*Structural Yoga: Structural Yoga aims to teach you about your body and how it relates to yoga poses. Inspired heavily by the work of B.K.S. Iyengar, this class moves at a slower pace (but you may find yourself working harder than ever have before!) With ample individualized instruction, Structural Yoga is your chance to work precisely on alignment, subtlety and a sense of attention.
*Level 2/3: A more challenging and vigorous vinyasa/hatha led yoga class focusing equally on strength and flexibility while incorporating traditional yoga postures, inversions, and more dynamic movements. Some yoga experience recommended in addition to general good health and fitness. This class is not suitable for those brand new to yoga or those with moderate to extreme health challenges.
*Flow & Restore: Starting as a slow flowing vinyasa for the first half, this class winds down into a deeply relaxing and restorative class for closing. All Levels Welcome.
